بِسْمِ
ബിസ്മി
In (the) name
നാമത്തില്‍
اللَّهِ
ല്ലാഹി
Allah
അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ
ٱلرَّحْمـٰنِ
ര്‍-റഹ്മാനി
the Most Gracious
പരമകാരുണികനും
ٱلرَّحِيمِ
ര്‍-റഹീം
the Most Merciful
കരുണാനിധിയും(ആയ)
ِسْمِ اللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
ബിസ്മില്ലാഹിര്‍-റഹ്മാനിര്‍-റഹീം
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
പരമകാരുണികനും ദയാപരനുമായ അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ നാമത്തില്‍.

ഖുൽ
Say
നീ പറയുക
هُوَ
ഹുവ
He
അവന്‍
ٱللَّهُ
അല്ലാഹു
Allah
അല്ലാഹുവാണ്
أَحَدٌ
അഹദ്
One
ഏകന്‍
قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
ഖുൽ ഹുവ അല്ലാഹു അഹദ്
Say, He is Allah, (the) One.
പറയുക, അവനാണ് അല്ലാഹു. അവന്‍ ഏകനാണ്.

അല്ലാഹു
Allah
അല്ലാഹു
ٱلصَّمَدُ
അസ്സമദ്
the Eternal, the Absolute
സര്‍വ്വാശ്രയന്‍
ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ
അല്ലാഹു അസ്സമദ്
The Self-Sufficient.
അല്ലാഹു ആരെയും ആശ്രയിക്കാത്തവനാണ്. ഏവരാലും ആശ്രയിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവനും.

ലം
not
ഇല്ല
يَلِدْ
യലിദ്
He begets
അവൻ ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്നു
وَلَمْ
വലം
And not
ഇല്ല
يُولَدْ
യൂലദ്
He is begotten
അവൻ ജനിച്ചു
لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ
ലം യലിദ് വലം യൂലദ്
He begets not, nor was He begotten.
അവന്‍ പിതാവോ, പുത്രനോ അല്ല.

وَلَمْ
വലം
And not
കൂടാതെ ഇല്ല
يَكُنْ
യകുൻ
is
ആകുന്നു
لَّهُ
ലഹു
for Him
അവന്ന്
كُفُواً
കുഫുവൻ
Comparable
തുല്യനായിട്ട്‌
أَحَدٌ
അഹദ്
Anyone
ആരും
وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَّهُ كُفُواً أَحَدٌ
വലം യകുൻ ലഹു കുഫുവൻ അഹദ്
And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him.
അവനു തുല്യനായി ആരുമില്ല.
