അളവില്‍ കമ്മി വരുത്തുന്നവര്‍

بِسْمِ
ബിസ്മി
In (the) name
നാമത്തില്‍
اللَّهِ
ല്ലാഹി
Allah
അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ
ٱلرَّحْمـٰنِ
ര്‍-റഹ്മാനി
the Most Gracious
പരമകാരുണികനും
ٱلرَّحِيمِ
ര്‍-റഹീം
the Most Merciful
കരുണാനിധിയും(ആയ)
ِسْمِ اللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
ബിസ്മില്ലാഹിര്‍-റഹ്മാനിര്‍-റഹീം
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
പരമകാരുണികനും ദയാപരനുമായ അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ നാമത്തില്‍.

وَيْلٌ
വൈലുൻ
Woe
നാശം
لِّلْمُطَفِّفِينَ
ലിൽ-മുത്വഫ്ഫിഫീൻ
to the defrauders
വഞ്ചകർക്ക്
وَيْلٌۭ لِّلْمُطَفِّفِينَ
വൈലുൻ ലിൽ-മുത്വഫ്ഫിഫീൻ
Woe to Al-Mutaffifin [those who give less in measure and weight]
കള്ളത്താപ്പുകാര്‍ക്ക് നാശം

٢
ٱلَّذِينَ
അല്ലധീന
Those who
യാതോരുത്തര്‍
إِذَا
ഇധാ
when
ആല്‍
ٱكْتَالُواْ
ഇക്താലൂ
they take a measure
അവര്‍ അളന്നു വാങ്ങി
عَلَى
‘അല
from
നിന്ന്
ٱلنَّاسِ
ന്നാസി
the people
മനുഷ്യരില്‍
يَسْتَوْفُونَ
യസ്തവ്ഫൂൻ
they take in full
അവര്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി എടുക്കുന്നു
ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكْتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ
അല്ലധീന ഇധാ ഇക്താലൂ ‘അല ന്നാസി യസ്തവ്ഫൂൻ
Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, demand full measure
അവര്‍ ജനങ്ങളില്‍നിന്ന് അളന്നെടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍ തികവു വരുത്തും.

وَإِذَا
വഇധാ
And when
അപ്പോള്‍
كَالُوهُمْ
കാലൂഹും
they measure for them
അവര്‍ അവര്‍ക്ക് അളന്നു കൊടുക്കുക
أَوْ
അവ്
or
അല്ലെങ്കില്‍
وَّزَنُوهُمْ
വഴനൂഹും
weigh for them
അവര്‍ അവര്‍ക്ക് തൂക്കി കൊടുക്കുക
يُخْسِرُونَ
യുഖ്സിറൂൻ
they give less.
അവര്‍ കുറവ് വരുത്തുന്നതാണ്
وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ
വഇധാ കാലൂഹും അവ് വഴനൂഹും യുഖ്സിറൂൻ
And when they have to give by measure or weight to men, give less than due.
ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അളന്നോ തൂക്കിയോ കൊടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍ കുറവു വരുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.

أَلا
അലാ
Do not
ഇല്ലേ
يَظُنُّ
യഴുന്നു
they think
വിചാരിക്കുന്നു
أُوْلَـٰئِكَ
ഉലാഇക
those
അവര്‍
أَنَّهُمْ
അന്നഹും
that they
അവര്‍ ആയിരുന്നു
مَّبْعُوثُونَ
മബ്‘ഊഥൂൻ
will be resurrected
ഉയിര്‍ത്തെഴുന്നേല്‍പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു
أَلَا يَظُنُّ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَنَّهُم مَّبْعُوثُونَ
അലാ യഴുന്നു ഉലാഇക അന്നഹും മബ്‘ഊഥൂൻ
Think they not that they will be resurrected (for reckoning)
അവരോര്‍ക്കുന്നില്ലേ തങ്ങളെ ഉയിര്‍ത്തെഴുന്നേല്‍പിക്കുമെന്ന്.

لِيَوْمٍ
ലിയൗമിൻ
For a day
ഒരു ദിവസത്തില്‍
عَظِيمٍ
‘അഴീം
great
ഭീകരമായ
لِيَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍۢ
ലിയൗമിൻ ‘അഴീം
On a Great Day
ഭീകരമായ ഒരു ദിനത്തില്‍.

٦
يَوْمَ
യൗമ
A day
നാളില്‍
يَقُومُ
യഖൂമു
will stand
എഴുനേറ്റ് നില്‍ക്കുന്ന
ٱلنَّاسُ
ന്നാസു
the people
മനുഷ്യര്‍
لِرَبِّ
ലിറബ്ബി
before (the) Lord
രക്ഷിതാവിലെക്ക്
ٱلْعَالَمِينَ
ൽ-ആലമീൻ
of the worlds
സര്‍വ്വ ലോകങ്ങളുടെ
يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلنَّاسُ لِرَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
യൗമ യഖൂമു ന്നാസു ലിറബ്ബി ൽ-ആലമീൻ
The Day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the the worlds
പ്രപഞ്ചനാഥങ്കല്‍ ജനം വന്നുനില്‍ക്കുന്ന നാളില്‍.

كَلاَّ
കല്ലാ
Nay
അല്ലാ ?
إِنَّ
ഇന്ന
Indeed
തീര്‍ച്ചയായും
كِتَابَ
കിതാബ
the record
രേഖ
ٱلْفُجَّارِ
ൽ-ഫുജ്ജാറി
of the wicked
ദുര്‍ വൃത്തരുടെ
لَفِى
ലഫീ
in
ഇല്‍
سِجِّينٍ
സിജ്ജീൻ
Sijjin
സിജ്ജീന്‍
كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَـٰبَ ٱلْفُجَّارِ لَفِى سِجِّينٍۢ
കല്ലാ ഇന്ന കിതാബ ൽ-ഫുജ്ജാറി ലഫീ സിജ്ജീൻ
Nay, Truly, the Record of the disbelievers, sinners, evil-doers and wicked is preserved in Sijjin.
സംശയമില്ല കുറ്റവാളികളുടെ കര്‍മ്മരേഖ സിജ്ജീനില്‍ തന്നെ.

وَمَآ
വമാ
and what
എന്താണ്?
أَدْرَاكَ
അദ്റാക
will make you know
നിനക്ക് അറിയിച്ചു തന്നത്
مَا
മാ
what
سِجِّينٌ
സിജ്ജീൻ
Sijjin
സിജ്ജീന്‍
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا سِجِّينٌۭ
വമാ അദ്റാക മാ സിജ്ജീൻ
And what will make you know what Sijjin is?
സിജ്ജീന്‍ എന്നാല്‍ എന്തെന്ന് നിനക്കെന്തറിയാം

كِتَابٌ
കിതാബുൻ
A record
കര്‍മരേഖ
مَّرْقُومٌ
മർഖൂം
written
എഴുതപ്പെട്ട
كِتَـٰبٌۭ مَّرْقُومٌۭ
കിതാബുൻ മർഖൂം
A Register inscribed.
അതൊരു ലിഖിത രേഖയാണ്.
